Keystone Homes in Troy is a leader in the Miami County for providing a quality construction service at an affordable price.  We are a diverse construction company, capable of building New Construction, Renewing existing structures, and Remodeling areas within a home.  Furthermore, we have the expertise of building over 275 homes while cultivating a rapport with each customer that continues even years after the construction is complete.  Often times our new business is the result of a referral from a satisfied Keystone Homes customer, which gives us great joy!  

With each home built, renewed or remodeled, we use quality products while keeping costs affordable.  Our relationships with suppliers, sub-contractors, and customers are grown through honesty, integrity, and professionalism.  You can know that our employees are detailed and reliable with an average of 15 years of experience.

Anthony Scott, Owner

Anthony has been a lifelong resident of Ohio, and has resided specifically in Troy for the last seven years.  He is working towards a Business Administration degree from Franklin University.  He is heavily involved in the local community, and sits on the board of directors for the Miami County Home Builders Association.  In 2008, Anthony was given the Horizon Award from the Miami County Home Builders Association.  He is married to the love of his life, Katy, and has two beautiful children.
